Bernadette has worked in a variety of settings, including Pine River, a residential treatment program, private practice, and a school board, giving her a unique perspective on the many challenges life can throw our way. Her experience also extends to non-clinical settings where she supported adult personal and professional development.

Bernadette takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as ACT, CBT, DBT, EFT, and Family Systems to tailor her approach to each client's unique needs and personal journey.
