Connor's passion for helping others shines through in every interaction, making therapy a collaborative and empowering experience.

Connor brings a unique blend of teaching experience and psychological expertise to his practice. With a background as an educator, Connor understands the importance of getting to know his clients, along with their unique needs & challenges, and tailoring the therapeutic process in a way that will work best for them. He is currently working under the supervision of Dr. Ed Roldan.

Connor's journey into psychology was fueled by his unwavering passion for helping people of all ages achieve their goals and live by their values. His approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to create a personalized experience for each client. By incorporating elements from various therapeutic modalities, Connor ensures that the strategies and tools used are the best fit for the client's unique context.

In therapy sessions, Connor's goal is to make the process not only effective but also engaging and enjoyable. He takes the time to really get to know his clients, fostering a supportive environment where they can develop the skills and strategies needed to thrive. Each session is tailored to his client’s specific needs, ensuring that they find the tools & support that will help them reach their unique goals.
